Organizational Design and Effectiveness often called OD/OE is a way of scanning across the business operations in a systematic way looking to gain efficiencies by doing work differently, stopping work that is not necessary or not beneficial, and considering leadership and customer focus aligned to business purpose. 

Deetails’ approach is to use the Baldrige model which considers a 7 step process for organizational performance.

What can you expect?

  • A review of the Baldrige model including the steps and common questions asked. 
  • A detailed project plan for areas of the business that will be reviewed with buy in from main stakeholders
  • Updates on progress against milestones noting any major issues and areas of relevance
  • Final write-up with recommendations for changes and implementation that can impact the business to perform optimally
